In June 2025, we received an inquiry from an American medical aesthetic procurement company. The content was: They planned to purchase 300 hyaluronic acid fillers and hoped to customize their outer packaging (including inner packaging) according to our brand image. Please provide a customized solution, quotation and delivery time.

After receiving the inquiry, our foreign trade business specialist replied promptly. :“Dear, thank you for your inquiry! The minimum order quantity for customized outer and inner packaging is 500 pieces. Our packaging box dimensions are attached. Please inform us of your core customization needs (such as packaging material selection, brand logo file, outer packaging color, English instructions to be printed, and whether there are special requirements for packaging size) , delivery time and budget, and we will provide you with a precise plan and detailed quotation. ”

After multiple communications with the client, they finally decided to order 500 bottles of hyaluronic acid and gradually confirmed all the details.

The core requirements for the customized outer packaging have been determined (all must be printed in English) : The front of the outer packaging box should be printed with the brand logo (provide an AI format English logo file), and the color should be the brand's standard gold + black.

After the order is confirmed, the PI will be sent to the customer. The contract should clearly stipulate: product details, customization standards for outer packaging, delivery time and payment method. After the client confirms the contract and makes the payment, we will simultaneously start the outer packaging design work upon receiving the payment and inform the client that the initial draft of the packaging design will be submitted within three working days.

The customer reviews the first draft of the design on the same day. After replying that there is no problem, they notify the factory to start arranging production.

Progress follow-up: Our foreign trade business specialist will synchronize the production progress with the client via English email every day (with a focus on the production of outer packaging).“Today we have completed the printing of the outer packaging boxes and the production of the hyaluronic acid fillers, and tomorrow we will start the assembly and packaging”“The assembly and packaging have been completed, and the quality inspection and customs declaration data preparation are in progress, which is expected to be completed within 3 working days”

Production completion: Within the agreed time, the factory completed the production and testing of 500 vials of hyaluronic acid filler and the customized outer packaging. After receiving the goods, the customer was very satisfied and said that the packaging was very high-end and in line with the brand positioning.
